OCH is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to deliver client-focused HR services aligned with our values. In this critical role, you will provide guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workplace accommodations. Collaborating with leaders and addressing HR challenges will enhance organizational effectiveness and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice aligned with organizational objectives

• Coach managers on performance management and workplace conflicts

• Lead fair workplace investigations maintaining confidentiality

• Collaborate on grievance management and collective bargaining

• Support organizational design and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 5 years' HR or labour relations experience

• Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation preferred

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and collective agreements

• Proficiency in HRIS and standard corporate software
