This experienced-level role comprises end-to-end recruitment dedicated to sourcing outstanding early talent. Collaborate with hiring managers and universities, ensuring compliance with Canadian and US hiring requirements. Manage multiple requisitions while enhancing candidate experiences and contributing to recruitment metrics analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern and co-op roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers on criteria and timelines
• Lead recruitment strategies focused on early careers
• Source early talent through university partnerships and job boards
• Ensure compliance with job posting regulations
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency
• Familiarity with hiring for intern and early careers roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in Canadian and US recruitment markets
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
