Join Voleon as a Senior People Business Partner, where you will champion HR strategies to enhance business performance and team effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership and judgment.
As a strategic partner, you will work with executives across designated organizations, translating business needs into people solutions that foster engagement and growth. Your commitment to mentoring the broader PBP team will ensure that effective practices are shared and implemented throughout the organization. You will navigate both operational and strategic HR functions to elevate overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders to resolve complex HR issues
• Independently manage HRBP support for designated areas
• Identify and implement people initiatives for team improvement
• Facilitate talent management and performance reviews
• Coach leaders on effective feedback and management skills
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner
• Expertise in employee relations and leadership coaching
• History of supporting global teams
• Capacity to influence and make decisions effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
