In this critical role, you will take charge of national campus initiatives, focusing on student recruitment for entry-level graduates, interns, and co-op students. Collaboration with academic institutions and BDO stakeholders is paramount, alongside the creation of campus events and content for social media that boosts the firm’s image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver national campus recruiting initiatives to your designated group

• Manage full cycle recruitment for graduates and interns

• Provide exceptional talent experiences throughout recruitment

• Develop and coordinate engaging campus recruitment events

• Foster relationships with academic partners and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus

• Minimum three years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong planning and event facilitation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in building employer brand
