Join Colliers Project Leaders as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, fostering a culture of collaboration while leading HR strategies across Canada. Drive impactful initiatives that align management objectives with employee development.

In this strategic advisory role, you will partner with leadership to support engagement, retention, and organizational growth. Your influence spans the full employee lifecycle, as you mentor HR Coordinators and optimize HR Shared Services. You’ll utilize data and insights to enhance workforce strategies while ensuring compliance and adherence to HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders on strategic HR initiatives

• Ensure effective mentoring and management of HR Coordinators

• Drive engagement and retention through effective plans

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities

• Deliver comprehensive reports on HR metrics and progress

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience

• Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business

• Bilingualism in English and French is advantageous

• Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR processes
