Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic partnerships with leaders

• Implement effective talent acquisition and management strategies

• Analyze workforce metrics and advise leadership

• Guide compliance with employment laws and workplace standards

• Mediate complex employee relations issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or similar

• 5+ years of HR experience with evolving responsibilities

• CHRP certification or in pursuit of it

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

• Fluent in French, with good written comprehension
