Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team

• Assist in the recruitment life cycle, including job postings

• Maintain communication with casual employees regarding their status

• Liaise with employees, managers, and external candidates

• Prepare documentation and data for various HR reports

Requirements:

• One year of post secondary education or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

• Proficient in Google Suite and database management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
