You will be instrumental in conducting store visits, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with franchisees on performance management and engagement

• Conduct HR business unit visits to assess and advise on practices

• Investigate and address discrimination and harassment claims

• Assist with CNESST claims and provide trusted guidance

• Perform HR leadership training on talent development

Requirements:

• Expert bilingualism in English and French

• Minimum 3 years in an HR advisor role

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Proficient in employment law comprehension

• Willingness to travel for store support
