Bilingual Human Resources Advisor

As a vital member of the Store Human Resources team at Giant Tiger, you will work closely with franchise owners and store managers. With at least 3 years of HR advisory experience, your roles include conducting employee relations investigations and providing expert support on talent management. This position emphasizes bilingual proficiency in English and French, essential for the diverse workforce in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with store management on performance and employee relations

• Conduct HR investigations and recommend solutions

• Provide HR leadership training on best practices

• Manage CNESST claims in collaboration with management

• Reinforce self-service HR models within business units

Requirements:

• Expert level bilingualism in English and French

• Minimum of 3 years in HR advisory roles

• Strong skills in interpersonal relationships

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proven ability to navigate employment law and regulations
