• Oversee sales order incentive management

• Develop key reports and dashboards for analytics

• Assist with HR technology management and reporting

• Ensure accurate data tracking for payroll processes

• Participate in HR process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in HR or operations analytics

• Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with HRIS, particularly Dayforce

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
