Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies with senior leadership

• Provide strategic HR guidance based on organizational goals

• Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning activities

• Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict mediation

• Recruit, train, and evaluate the HR team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 10+ years of HR experience and 3+ years in supervision

• Professional HR Designation (PHR, SPHR, etc.)

• Advanced English;
French/Spanish preferred

• Strong understanding of HR disciplines and trends
