Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist - CMHC

Join the People and Culture Team for a 12-month temporary position. You will leverage your expertise to advise employees, leaders, and HR partners on complex human relations challenges. A focus on creating equitable policies and promoting CMHC’s Code of Ethics will drive your efforts to foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Human Resources policies and legislative requirements

• Research, advise, and facilitate conflict resolution discussions

• Act as an expert on employee relations management issues

• Develop and deliver training on employee relations policies

• Conduct investigations into complaints and workplace issues

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum five years of experience in HR and employee relations

• Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR practices

• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills

• Advanced communication skills in French and English
