Full-Time HR Generalist with MNC

Play a crucial role in the Métis National Council’s human resources as a HR Generalist in hybrid or local settings in Ottawa, ON. This full-time position focuses on recruitment, policy compliance, and fostering workplace culture.

The MNC is looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented HR Generalist to support various aspects of human resources. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, oversee employee relations, and help develop HR policies that comply with legislation. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding and recruitment processes
