MNP is seeking a Bilingual Coordinator in Resource Management to optimize staff deployment across client engagements in Ottawa. You will work closely with engagement managers, practice leaders, and Human Capital to balance demand with capacity and align skills to project needs.
In this role, you will maintain accurate resource data in PSA systems, monitor utilization and workload, and support onboarding and staffing readiness for new hires.
