• Handle recruitment and talent management processes

• Administer payroll and benefits with accuracy

• Investigate employee grievances and recommend solutions

• Advise on HR policies and program enhancements

• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety programs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field

• Extensive experience in HR program delivery

• Bilingual (English and French) required

• CPHR designation is preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
