Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of talent management programs and processes

• Partner with HR teams to implement effective solutions

• Facilitate change management for TM program rollout

• Act as an advisor on talent-related best practices

• Identify improvements for existing talent programs

Requirements:

• University degree in HR or related field

• Minimum 5+ years in Talent Management roles

• Strong communication skills with all organizational levels

• Problem-solving and analytical expertise

• Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is an asset
