Your contract role, expected to last about six months, entails partnering with hiring managers to define requisition needs while navigating the recruitment landscape. Your recruiting expertise will directly affect how Prosci attracts top talent during this dynamic phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruiting process from sourcing to offer

• Analyze needs with hiring managers during role intakes

• Utilize various platforms, including Prosci's ATS, for sourcing

• Coordinate candidate scheduling and manage interviews

• Assist with offer construction and new hire onboarding

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, both in-house and agency

• In-depth knowledge of compliance for US and Canadian hiring

• Strong capabilities in managing relationships and communication

• Ability to work autonomously on multiple requisitions

• Familiarity with AI technologies in recruitment
