As a Human Resources Business Partner at Extendicare, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to address employee needs and labor relations issues. With over five years of HR experience, including three in a business partner role, you will implement tailored HR strategies, lead investigations, and ensure compliance with workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders

• Collaborate with union partners on labor relations

• Lead incident reviews and investigations

• Develop tailored HR solutions based on feedback

• Deliver HR training sessions for management

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related field

• 5+ years of HR/LR experience with 3 years as HRBP

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
