As a Bilingual Technical Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle at Telesat, from developing job descriptions to managing candidate evaluations.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with management to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs. With a strong focus on building relationships, your task includes sourcing candidates through various channels and ensuring a smooth applicant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies alongside management
• Create and approve bilingual job descriptions
• Collaborate with hiring managers for precise role requirements
• Build a candidate pipeline through networking and research
• Conduct reference checks and recommend candidates
Requirements:
• Bilingual French and English is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
• 3-5 years of recruitment track record
• Experience in technical recruiting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
