About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our team and support the recruitment of IT, software, cloud, and engineering professionals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and technical teams to identify and attract high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Gaining a deep understanding of the technical requirements and nuances of each job opening.
• Developing a clear grasp of the tech stacks, tools, and environments relevant to each position.
• Managing applicant pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer stages.
• Conducting structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
• Documenting interview outcomes, recruiter notes, and feedback in a clear and organized manner.
• Using industry-leading tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in French and English
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within the IT, software, or engineering domains
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and a genuine interest in technology
• Proven ability to identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, events, etc.)
• Experience managing candidate flow and reporting in an ATS environment
• Ability to advise candidates on job expectations, company culture, and employment terms
• Skilled in evaluating candidate fit through competency-based interviews
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple open roles
• Experience recruiting for software, cloud, or engineering roles is a strong asset
