Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee profitability for your district’s mall locations

• Implement strategies to optimize CAC effectively

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development for Store Managers

• Facilitate comprehensive sales training sessions and onboarding

• Ensure adherence to operational frameworks and tools

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in direct sales management

• Leadership experience with large field sales teams

• Strong training and coaching skills

• Established network of effective sales representatives

• Analytical capabilities to drive performance through data
