In this position, you will oversee the Circle of Care program, ensuring that each engagement is tailored to the family's cultural context and needs. Your responsibilities will include managing programming, liaising with community services, and ensuring the delivery of effective, collaborative safety plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Circle of Care programming
• Facilitate client intakes and manage case follow-up
• Connect families with cultural and community resources
• Liaise with Indigenous organizations and service partners
• Conduct program evaluations and prepare reports
Requirements:
• BA in Social Work or Indigenous Studies or equivalent
• Proven program management experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and conflict resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
