Events and Sponsorship Lead at CIHI

As an essential member of the CIHI team, you will guide the organization's external engagement strategy through high-impact events and sponsor ships.

Your role will include developing, executing, and evaluating opportunities that showcase CIHI's leadership within influential forums. With a focus on stakeholder engagement, you will ensure seamless participation in conferences, symposiums, and other external events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach a high-performing team and foster continuous improvement

• Develop strategic event and sponsorship plans aligned with corporate goals

• Identify and prioritize external opportunities based on audience relevance

• Lead CIHI's flagship stakeholder events, ensuring quality experiences

• Manage sponsorship agreements and relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years in events, sponsor ships, or strategic marketing

• At least 1-3 years of supervisory experience

• Proven skills in event planning and project management

• Strong stakeholder and negotiation abilities
