Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this role combines financial oversight with the management of essential operational functions. You will contribute to organizational sustainability while promoting awareness and support for cancer patients and their families. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a community-oriented approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial compliance, audits, and operational controls

• Lead the organization’s budgeting and financial planning initiatives

• Oversee infrastructure and facilities management

• Administer payroll and employee benefit systems

• Report to the Board on finances and operations

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 10 years in a senior financial role

• Familiarity with charitable sector regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
