Position: Colliers Assistant Project Manager Role
Join Colliers Project Leaders as an Assistant Project Manager in Eastern Ontario and play a vital role in delivering impactful projects. Collaborate closely with teams and clients to drive project success.

Ideal candidates will bring 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in healthcare, education, and mixed-use commercial projects. You’ll support project managers by handling documentation, maintaining schedules, and ensuring effective communication among all parties. Your contributions will help build inclusive and sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between Project Manager and stakeholders

• Update schedules and maintain project management controls

• Document important meeting outcomes and distribute action items

• Develop and prepare tender and contract documents

• Assist other Project Managers as needed

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in engineering, management, or related field

• 1 to 3 years of relevant consulting experience

• Familiarity with current construction practices

• Relevant industry accreditation (CAPM, LEED) is a plus

• Ability to drive initiatives with self-motivation
