In this supervisory position, reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and project scheduling. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project planning and scheduling efforts

• Monitor schedules and implement corrective measures as needed

• Manage on-site coordination and stakeholder communications

• Maintain updated contract and compliance documentation

• Support pre-bid estimates and provide operational insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management

• Background in the Utility Contracting Industry

• Proficient with MS Office tools

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Valid Ontario (G) driver’s license and travel flexibility
