Become an integral part of AFIMAC Canada's Project Coordinator team, focused on critical assignments across Ontario during labour disruptions and crises. Expect up to 12-hour shifts throughout the week.
Candidates with backgrounds in military, emergency management, or law enforcement are strongly encouraged to apply. This role necessitates excellent organizational skills and a capacity to thrive in high-stress environments. You will manage security personnel and coordinate project needs on short notice during assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct projects related to organized protests and emergencies
• Supervise investigators and security teams in the field
• Encourage high performance among deployed staff
• Keep detailed project documentation and communications
• Liaise with senior client management for effective operations
Requirements:
• 1-year experience in project or emergency management preferred
• 1-year experience in military or law enforcement preferred
• Valid driver's license mandatory
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills required
• Clean criminal record essential
