Elevate military family services as a Senior Manager in Performance Measurement with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. • Oversee performance measurement strategies and team direction
• Ensure effective evaluation and reporting of initiatives
• Analyze data to inform key decision‑making processes
• Develop standardized tools for consistency across programs
• Foster relationships to support military families’ outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Extensive experience in community program development
• Background in budget and project management
  
  Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
• Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
