Elevate military family services as a Senior Manager in Performance Measurement with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. Lead a team to develop impactful evaluation strategies in a hybrid work setting. In this crucial role, you will report to the Associate Director of Resilience and Engagement, guiding the newly formed Performance Measurement and Program Evaluation team.
Responsibilities- Oversee performance measurement strategies and team direction
- Ensure effective evaluation and reporting of initiatives
- Analyze data to inform key decision‑making processes
- Develop standardized tools for consistency across programs
- Foster relationships to support military families’ outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Extensive experience in community program development
- Background in budget and project management
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills - Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
