As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project delivery across various sectors including healthcare and commercial mixed-use developments. Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of project management experience, proficiently assisting Project Managers with documentation and project controls.
Your role will be essential in ensuring successful communication and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key communication link between Project Managers and clients
• Provide project support, including schedule management
• Prepare and maintain documents for tendering and contracts
• Record action items and decisions from project meetings
• Assist colleagues as needed for seamless project support
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in project management, engineering, or architecture
• 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or related fields
• Basic understanding of construction management principles
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
