Turner & Townsend is looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in commercial or retail fit-outs. In this role, you will oversee design, procurement, and construction processes, while effectively coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. Your focus will be on maintaining schedules and managing budgets efficiently to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design, procurement, and construction tasks
• Establish initial budgets and project schedules
• Conduct meetings, record minutes, and drive actions
• Ensure compliance with client document controls
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and vendors
Requirements:
• 4 years of Project Management experience
• Background in commercial or retail fit-outs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Primavera P6
