• Oversee complex evaluations from scoping to presentation
• Create custom frameworks for assessing program effectiveness
• Provide technical oversight to ensure quality of work
• Synthesize findings into recommendations for executives
• Engage in proposals and client outreach initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in evaluations or audits
• Solid consulting skills with client relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bilingualism is an asset; security clearance eligibility required
