As the Manager of Operational Risk Management, you will oversee the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program within NAV CANADA's Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will develop best practices, metrics, and provide expert guidance throughout the risk management lifecycle by engaging cross-functional teams. This position requires working closely with stakeholders to promote risk awareness and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the RCSA program for operational risk
• Establish Key Risk and Performance Indicators for monitoring
• Guide cross-functional teams in risk assessments and management plans
• Evaluate adherence to the ERM governance framework
• Provide consulting to management and risk committees
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• 5+ years in operational risk management or audit
• Knowledge of ERM frameworks and best practices
• Proven communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools
Utilize your operational risk expertise to strengthen NAV CANADA’s risk management strategies and support decision-making across the organization.
