As a Senior Capture Manager at CAE Defence & Security, you'll lead the pursuit of significant contracts over $100M. Utilizing your extensive aerospace and defense experience, you will orchestrate bid strategies, foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and interface directly with customers to strengthen proposals. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and a keen understanding of project execution to secure high-value contracts under our Lead-to-Award framework.
