Senior Consultant in Change Management

This 6-month role requires a Federal Security Clearance and a minimum of five years' experience, preferably in government. You will develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, create precise communication materials, and collaborate with project teams to align messaging effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop change management plans and communication strategies
• Create engaging emails, newsletters, and presentations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define communication needs
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to convey impacts
• Monitor stakeholder feedback and readiness for change
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of change management experience
• Federal Security Clearance required
• Government experience highly preferred
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and product development
• Ability to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
