In this pivotal senior manager position, you'll lead evaluation engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams aimed at delivering exceptional outcomes. By providing strategic advice to senior management, you'll also drive business development activities to promote continuous improvement and growth within the Ottawa Evaluation team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex evaluation engagements from inception to reporting
• Develop tailored frameworks for program assessments
• Mentor team members to enhance evaluation expertise
• Provide clients with actionable recommendations
• Integrate data analytics to refine evaluation methods
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years in program evaluation or similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Proven project management skills on complex engagements
• Bilingualism in French and English is advantageous
