Veterinary Hospital Manager, Bayview Animal Hospital

​Under the guidance of the Regional Operations Director and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager performs a wide range of administrative activities related to the practice.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Manage recruitment, staff development and performance to maintain a strong, cohesive team

Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency in partnership with leadership

Positively represent the hospital and VCA Canada, building strong relationships with clients and the community

2 years of leadership experience managing a team of up to 30 in a customer-facing role

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and office administration

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and coaching others

Comfortable handling multiple tasks and driving positive change in a dynamic environment

Passionate about providing excellent care to pets and their families
