This managerial position reports directly to the Vice President.
Your role includes optimizing equipment productivity, managing vendor relationships, and developing strategies for efficient operations. You will implement data-driven insights and ensure that all equipment functions meet project deadlines, driving improvements and innovation across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee equipment procurement, maintenance, and scheduling operations
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate competitive terms
• Develop reports to analyze equipment efficiency
• Implement safety protocols and training programs
• Mentor and manage multiple operational teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• 10+ years of equipment management experience
• Proven leadership with management teams
• Exceptional communication and planning skills
• Strong knowledge of equipment utilization and maintenance
