Dispatch Manager

• Supervise Wolseley fleet drivers at multiple locations to ensure safety and positive interactions with clients and internal staff.
• Oversee routing via Wolseley software to ensure warehouses have accurate data to plan facility resourcing and ensure daily orders are complete in time for loading and delivery.
• Plan and execute centralization of dispatchers to oversee regional delivery timetables.
• Supervise and lead dispatch staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to dispatch and fleet operations.

• Previous dispatching experience required.
• AS400/Syntax knowledge an asset.
• Knowledge of industry (plumbing and/or HVAC) products is an asset.
• General basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, reliable, and willing to take initiative.
• Organized, clean, and able to multi‑task.
