The Senior Manager will report to the Associate Director, Resilience and Engagement, overseeing a team dedicated to Program Evaluation and Performance Measurement. You will establish a standardized performance measurement approach, ensuring clarity in data reporting and actionable insights. This impactful role aims to enhance services for military families facing challenges like relocations and deployments by aligning program strategies to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a centralized performance measurement strategy

• Lead a performance measurement team effectively

• Ensure clarity in data analysis and reporting

• Strengthen partnerships with other teams at CFMWS

• Support improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience in planning and implementing community programs

• Skills in budget administration and project management

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Bilingual (English/French) is beneficial
