Key Responsibilities:

• Own P&L, ensuring aggressive yet serviceable deal structures

• Lead high-stakes RFP/RFQ processes for key partnerships

• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce for forecasting

• Recruit, mentor, and coach a skilled sales force

Requirements:

• 8+ years of sales experience, 3 years in leadership

• Deep knowledge of Canadian EV regulations

• Technical fluency in load balancing and charging standards

• Proven P&L management capabilities

• Flexible to travel up to 50%
