You will take charge of executing existing growth strategies and operational directives from the Co-Founders. With accountability for maintaining a 90%+ project on-time completion rate, you'll proactively remove any bottlenecks that impede progress. This is not just a managerial role; it’s about relentless execution and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tactical operational transitions effectively

• Ensure a flawless client journey through standardized processes

• Audit and report on workflow efficiency twice weekly
