Director of SysOps Strategy and Programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide offshore/vendor strategies and in-house transitions

• Manage functional alignment across all Sys Ops areas

• Ensure requirements and designs align with system architecture

• Standardize backlog management of the Product Owner function

• Monitor program execution, risks, and dependencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related fields

• 15+ years of experience in relevant technical domains

• At least 10 years of leadership and team management

• Proven experience in cross-functional integration

• Strong background in program oversight and governance
