In this influential position, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer and partner learning strategies that drive product adoption and operational success. With more than 10 years in relevant roles, your experience will guide curriculum design, training delivery, and continuous program improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize and lead customer and partner learning initiatives
• Manage curriculum design and ongoing program updates
• Coordinate learning programs with product release schedules
• Design scalable training models, including instructor-led sessions
• Oversee operations for partner certification and training programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Over 10 years leading customer-facing training programs
• Proven success in managing multi-functional global teams
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and training alignment
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
