Step into the role of Premium Sales Supervisor at Live Nation’s HISTORY Ottawa. Lead a team, implement marketing strategies, and deliver exceptional service to VIP guests.
As a vital member of the Live Nation team, you will oversee a talented group of 10 staff members. Responsibilities include training for premium service roles, executing nightly operations, and collaborating with managers to align on goals. Your leadership will ensure all guests receive the best possible experience in premium seating areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and lead staff for VIP lounge service
• Coordinate with management to boost ticket sales
• Run nightly operations efficiently within premium zones
• Conduct pre-event meetings with the PSS team
• Ensure optimal communication with all teams
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Experience with relevant POS systems is a plus
• Smart Serve certification and aged 19 or older
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
