Position: CFMWS Change Manager Role
Join Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services as a Change Manager, where you'll lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strategic alignment. This hybrid role focuses on driving transformation and innovation.

Reporting to the Director Strategic Initiatives, your mission is to ensure successful adoption of change across the organization. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will develop scalable transformation initiatives that are centered around employees’ needs and mitigate execution risks, fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee business and digital transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with strategic goals

• Champion change practices for seamless implementation

• Identify change impacts and create adoption roadmaps

• Develop coaching and training plans for staff

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field

• Extensive experience in organizational change management

• Strong business relationship and stakeholder management

• Effective communication and training development skills

• Bilingual in English and French
