Join On Side as a Contents Supervisor in Ottawa, where you will lead a team in impactful disaster recovery efforts. Utilize your leadership skills to manage a team dedicated to restoring order.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Contents Supervisor will provide essential direction to the Contents Technicians. Your responsibilities include training staff and maintaining robust communication with clients and project managers, helping to streamline project execution within budget. Focus on restoring clients’ belongings and ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Contents Technician team

• Train personnel on procedures for content handling

• Ensure communication with cross-functional teams

• Clean and catalog items while level-checking project scope

• Support performance evaluations for team development

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in relevant fields

• Familiarity with inventory systems preferred

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Must be physically capable and safety compliant

• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal background
