As a Senior Manager, you will oversee all aspects of member engagement, onboarding, and retention strategy. Your experience in member relations and operations, combined with event execution skills, will enhance our community's value. You will play an essential role in developing sponsorship opportunities and managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring every partnership delivers impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead membership growth strategy and engage new members
• Manage relationships from onboarding to renewal
• Design and refine operational processes using CRM tools
• Oversee event planning and execution for member experiences
• Support financial administration and dues tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
• 5–8 years in operations or membership management
• Proven event planning expertise with strong attention to detail
• Background in fintech or financial services is a plus
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills
