Program Manager for Supply Chain Initiatives

In this role, you will coordinate a range of initiatives that transform Ciena's supply chain capabilities. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee program planning and execution while managing interdependencies. Your analytical and structured approach will ensure alignment with strategic goals and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate initiatives aligned with supply chain transformation

• Develop integrated plans that span multiple work streams

• Manage dependencies and risks throughout the program

• Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders

• Monitor value realization against operational targets

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in project or program management

• Experience in process or operational transformation

• Strong analytical and planning capabilities

• Proven stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
