This full-time position reports to the Executive Director and includes managing a 40-person department. You will be responsible for strategic planning, program coordination, and the identification of priority policy areas. Successful supervision of managerial and contract personnel will be key to departmental achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a department of 40 staff focused on policy advancements
• Strategically plan and develop key policy initiatives
• Lead and supervise managerial staff effectively
• Ensure proper management of all departmental funding
• Enhance collaboration within the department and with external partners
Requirements:
• Strong experience in policy management and strategic oversight
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in program coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Dedication to advancing community-focused policies
