Position: Director of Policy Advancement Role
Join ITK as the Director of Policy Advancement in Ottawa, overseeing a comprehensive policy strategy with a dedicated team. Drive significant policy initiatives and departmental management.

This full-time position reports to the Executive Director and includes managing a 40-person department. You will be responsible for strategic planning, program coordination, and the identification of priority policy areas. Successful supervision of managerial and contract personnel will be key to departmental achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a department of 40 staff focused on policy advancements

• Strategically plan and develop key policy initiatives

• Lead and supervise managerial staff effectively
