As a Manager Operations II, you will guide the operations team and manage external resources to meet budgetary objectives and CF standards. This role requires maintaining effective communication with tenants, evaluating maintenance needs, and promoting a culture of safety and compliance across the Centre. Your strategic decisions will significantly influence the Centre’s operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations team to meet department goals

• Facilitate mentoring and training for staff development

• Manage preventative maintenance and safety programs

Requirements:

•

B.Eng or equivalent degree

• 10 years in operations management with 7 years in supervisory roles

• Strong understanding of maintenance and budgeting

• Familiarity with Building Automation and green initiatives

• Recent experience in a unionized environment
